Develop the strategy and execute the plan to create deeper insight about our customers by understanding their digital channel activities and behaviors. The Digital Marketing and Media Manager is responsible for transforming digital marketing metrics into actionable insights that ensure cross-departmental marketing efforts are effectively driving incremental digital sales and attendance. He/she applies expertise with Search Engine Optimization and Marketing (SEO/SEM) to guide consumers to company web and mobile sites, with innovative content and strategy, thereby maximizing return-on-investment for the enterprise.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or a relevant field required. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working with an enterprise web analytics platform (e.g., Adobe/Omniture, Google Analytics, Webtrends, etc.) required, include two or more years of hands-on experience with web analytics
• Restaurant industry experience a plus
• Ability to travel up to 10%
